做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。
