做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
