做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
