做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
