做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
