做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
