做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
