做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
