做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
