做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
