做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
