做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
