做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
