做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
