做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
