做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。
