做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。
