做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
